Description

Ash wood with a beautiful grain and dark brown color, a precision CeraCut® grinding mechanism and the world's finest peppercorns are the perfect combination of the best that man and nature can produce. The result is a perfect tool that every passionate cook will appreciate in the kitchen.

At 15 centimetres high, the grinder is designed to fit perfectly in the hand without taking up too much space in the kitchen. The grinding mechanism is adjustable, so you can easily choose whether you want to grind the pepper finely and let its sharpness shine through, or crush it into larger fragments to give it its exotic flavours and aromas.

The grinder is suitable for grinding any of our peppercorns, so 20 grams of peppercorns of your choice are included. Do you prefer the black gold of Kampot, a black pepper that is great for sauces or for preparing dark meat? Or will you reach for the mild white pepper, which is perfect for light meat or creamy sauces. But you may also prefer the speciality red pepper, which takes you straight to exotic Cambodia and lets you enjoy the incredible flavours of far away. But there are even more ways to go.
