Description

Ash wood with its beautiful burnt wood grain and color, precision CeraCut® grinding mechanism and the world's finest peppercorns are the perfect combination of the best that man and nature can produce. The result is a perfect tool that every passionate cook will appreciate in the kitchen.

At 15 centimetres high, the grinder is designed to fit perfectly in the hand without taking up too much space in the kitchen. The grinding mechanism is adjustable, so you can easily choose whether you want to grind the pepper finely and let its sharpness shine through, or crush it into larger fragments to give it its exotic flavours and aromas.

And what kind of pepper will you grind in it? Although the black colour would suggest a strong black pepper suitable for sauces or grilling, the choice of the 20 grams of peppercorns included in the pack is entirely up to you.  You can reach for a mild white peppercorn that goes perfectly with light meats or creamy sauces.
