Taking the exotic taste of mango, so typical of Cambodia, and combining it with almond nut butter and infusing it all with the fruity, tangy taste of red pepper? Some of the ideas may sound a bit crazy, but the result is downright captivating. That's exactly what this butter is, which we created together with the nut butter masters from Barenuts.

For us, they combined the subtle flavour of roasted almonds imported all the way from California, along with creamy white chocolate and incredibly fragrant Bourbon vanilla. We then enhanced the already delectable blend with the characteristic treasures of Cambodia in the form of mango, which adds freshness to the butter, and red pepper, which is the perfect spicy red dot to the whole gourmet delight.
